How long will my delivery take?
We process all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days once dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and we offer Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders £30 or more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All transactions are fully encrypted and secure.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery.
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind about an online purchase, you normally have 30 days from the day after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then normally have a further 30 days to return the goods.
