We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We will send you an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order will be accepted when we send you confirmation that the products have been dispatched, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance of your order.

We may be unable to accept an order in circumstances such as where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, we are unable to obtain payment, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. If we are unable to accept an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£). As Earthen Homewares is not currently registered for VAT, we do not charge VAT on our products.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately before you place your order and will also appear in your order confirmation.

We aim to dispatch and deliver your order within the delivery timescales stated on our website. Any delivery times provided are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, adverse weather, industrial action or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, this does not affect your statutory rights. If your order is significantly delayed or has not been delivered within the applicable delivery period, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Risk in the goods remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, except where you independently arrange for a carrier that was not offered by us.

Our website is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store, but your contract for the purchase of products is with Earthen Homewares.
