Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery is:

Orders under £30: £3.95
Orders of £30 or more: Free

The £30 threshold is calculated after any applicable discounts have been applied.

The delivery charge applicable to your order will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Orders placed after 10:00 am, or placed during weekends or UK bank holidays, may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.

These times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasionally, delivery may take longer because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, postal or courier disruption, strikes, operational disruption or other unforeseen events.

If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us.

We will do our reasonable best to assist you and, where appropriate, work with the delivery provider to investigate the delay.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and the goods.

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this Shipping Policy.

Delivery Times and Your Legal Rights

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated times stated above.

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and, in most circumstances, no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your statutory rights.
