Enzo (燕三)
Beginning in the Muromachi era (室町時代), the history of Tsubame (燕市) and central Niigata Prefecture (新潟県) has been shaped by a long tradition of craftsmanship.
Since the early days of blacksmithing, the region has grown into a major production centre for Western-style tableware and kitchen utensils.
With gratitude to the pioneers who came before us, and pride in our local heritage, this is how Enzo was born.
"En" is another pronunciation of Tsubame.

Burn & Scalding Hazards

Keep the kettle level. Standard drip kettles have a precise pour spout; tilting too aggressively can cause hot water to overflow from the lid.
